Why is the item significantly lower than retail?

As a Licensed Last Resort Outlet (LRO), we partner directly with designer brands to acquire their previous season's excess inventory in bulk
quantities.
Brands choose to sell their unsold stock to us rather than incur additional advertising and storage costs. Which we then pass directly to our customers.
While this means quantities are limited and styles are from previous seasons, it enables us to offer genuine designer quality at a fraction of the original retail price.

Why is my order slightly delayed?

Due to the unprecedented volume of orders due to immense demand, our fulfillment center is experiencing longer processing times than usual.
While we typically dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, current processing times may extend to 5-7 business days.
Our team is working extended hours to ensure all orders are processed as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
